SEXY HAIR CONCEPTS is a vanguard, hairdresser-led enterprise in the

founded SEXY HAIR CONCEPTS by ECOLY in 1992. Having owned and operated a 35-unit successful salon chain in South Africa before
coming to the United States, O'Rourke founded the Carlton Hair Care and Hair Health and Beauty
Stores in Southern
California, a 30-unit salon and store chain, before starting Ecoly International.
